Consulting...

Our basic charge for all consulting services is $120.00 per person/hour not including expenses, applicable taxes and travel and waiting time. The number of hours required, according to our experience, depends very much on whether our customer has provided us with the information required so that we can do our job. Consequently, a web site design project may require more than ten times the estimated time if information is lacking or slow in coming. Under optimal conditions, overseeing a 15 page corporate web page should not require more than 5 hours of our time.

Again, under prime conditions, the time required to research a new business venture will depend entirely upon the kind of venture and raw material provided by the client. A brief summary report of our findings is the result of our work (usually 1 to 2 pages in length).

...Training

We charge $150.00 per person/hour for training courses (not including our expenses and taxes). Travel and waiting time is charged at $100.00 per person/hour. For course sizes larger than 20 and less than 40 people we may require two trainers depending on the amount of hands-on training we are asked to provide. All training sessions larger than this are considered public speaking engangements. All our courses are given on your premises or at an outside location arranged by you or by us at a site agreeable to you and at your cost. While we provide our own presentation material there is an additional charge for any handouts provided by us. All equipment necessary (eg. computers, Internet connections, etc) for hands-on training are the responsibility and at the cost of the course coordinator (your firm).

Public speaking engagements are charged at $300.00 per person/hour (not including our expenses and taxes). Travel and waiting time is charged at $100.00 per person/hour. All public speaking engagements are given on your premises or at an outsite location arranged by you or by us at a site agreeable to you and at your cost. While we provide our own presentation material there is an additional charge for any handouts provided by us.

We charge $60.00 per person/hour for one-on-one training. Taxes and expenses are additional. Travel time is charged at the same rate ($60.00). We do not provide computer equipment required for training sessions.

We give reduced rates for training to non-profit organizations and senior citizens (60 years and older).

All other miscellaneous services we provide are charged at $60.00 per person/hour and estimates are provided on a "by the job" basis. Since the conditions of each job are highly variable, we are not able to provide a guideline. For more detailed information we suggest you contact us. ...Currency ...Terms of Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (+ G.S.T.) billed within Canada and U.S. Currency (no taxes are applicable) billed outside Canada. We have a one hour minimum charge. We require a 50% retainer of the estimated final billing to undertake any job. We do not provide financing.
